General Terms and Conditions for Registration

These General Terms and Conditions for Registration apply to the Ambassador program organized by Amer Sports […], (“Amer Sports”).

Amer Sports is looking for sports enthusiasts who are active and successful in their sport, involved in their local sports community and want to promote their sport together with friends and acquaintances in order to encourage as many as possible about sports. At the same time, you should bring a high level of enthusiasm and enjoyment of the brand’s […]  products with you.

Application to become a brand ambassador

To become a brand ambassador, you should apply to Amer Sports. With your application, you accept the following Registration Conditions for the application process and agree with them.

1. Eligibility

Any natural resident in […] , who has reached the age of 18 at the time of participation is eligible for entry.

2. Participation requirements

2.1         Prerequisite for participation is the providing of personal information (including name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, social media accounts) in the corresponding online search mask. By registering, you agree that Amer Sports collects, processes and stores your personal information for registration purposes. Your personal information will be collected, processed and stored solely for participation in the application process. The Amer Sports Privacy Policy, available at applies.

2.2         Only applications in which all information has been entered completely and correctly can be considered. Applications with incomplete or incorrect information will not be considered.

2.3         It is also possible to provide additional content (e.g. photos) to convince Amer Sports of your application as a brand ambassador (“Content”). Based on the content, Amer Sports wants to rate your experience with photographs and product placement. The sole purpose of content is finding the most capable brand ambassador. The content provided will not be used elsewhere. Further details about content you provide can be found in these registration conditions (Section 3).

2.4         Amer Sports reserves the right to disqualify applicants from the application process who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition, system and/or website, and/or violate the registration process or morality, and/or try to influence the competition in an unfair and/or dishonest manner.

2.5         Participation is only possible online.

3. Content provided as part of the application

3.1         Please note the following points when you provide content to Amer Sports with your application:

• The submitted content must not be obscene, immoral, hurtful, defamatory, insulting, ethically offensive, glorifying violence, harassing, racist, inciting racism, xenophobic, right-wing extremist or slanderous and/or otherwise reprehensible and/or be in any other way against good morals and/or contrary to public policy.

• The submitted content may not infringe rights of third parties, in particular, not against the right of picture and/or copyrights of third parties.

• The size of the content file to be uploaded must not exceed 500 megabytes.

3.2         You grant us the right to archive, edit, reproduce and share the Content with other companies of the Amer Sports Group. A publication of the contents is excluded.

4. Information about selected brand ambassadors

4.1         From the submitted applications

Amer sports will select the future brand ambassadors. The selection is at the discretion of Amer Sports.

4.2         The selected Brand Ambassadors will be notified by Amer Sports in writing (by email) and may be published by Amer Sports with the name and display of the Social Media Profile. With this form of publication, the brand ambassador already expressly agrees. This approval may be revoked at any time by the Brand Ambassador.

5. Early termination

5.1         Amer Sports reserves the right to cancel or terminate the application process at any time without notice and without giving reasons. Amer Sports makes use of these options in particular if, for technical reasons (viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the application process cannot be guaranteed.

5.2         Applicants will not be entitled to any claims from such an early termination of the application process. If such termination is caused by the conduct of an applicant, Amer Sports may demand compensation from that person for the damage incurred.

6. Liability

Any liability of Amer Sports for the existence of the technical requirements for the timely participation in the application process is excluded.

7. Other

7.1         Legal recourse is excluded.

7.2         By registering, you acknowledge that this promotion is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and/or other social media platforms (collectively, “SM platforms“) and in particular is not sponsored, supported or organized in any way by SM platforms. You completely free Facebook, Instagram, You-Tube from any claims related to this promotion. All information is provided solely by Amer Sports and not by SM platforms, and you do not share your information with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any SM platform, but with Amer Sports alone.
